An incredible Valentine’s Weekend in the Eastern T

An incredible Valentine’s Weekend in the Eastern Townships of Québec. Perfect winter hiking and Nordic ski conditions at Mont Orford, cozy accommodations and fine dining at the Ripplecove Inn in Ayer’s Cliff, a Boudin Noir for Jen at Pinnocchio in Magog, and a visit to Louise Penny’s bookshop in Three Pines (aka Knowlton). Plus we squeezed in some St Viateur Bagels and an après-ski at St Hubert’s Poulet, plus a visit to the Abbey of St Benoit-du-Lac for their famous Bleu Bénédictin cheese. Honestly, does it get more Québec than that?
