Reviews

Peter McGillivray was at his scene-stealing best as Bottom

David Gordon Duke, Vancouver Sun

On the comedic end, Peter McGillivray, who brought the house down last year in VO’s HMS Pinafore, continues his scene-stealing antics with Bottom—the one the fairies turn into a literal ass.

Janet Smith, Stir Arts and Culture

There is a standout performance from baritone Peter McGillivray who is appropriately outrageous as Nick Bottom. His physical comedy is perfectly timed and executed. The early second act totally belongs to Bottom, with some help from Puck who turns him into an ass.

John Jane, Review Vancouver

McGillivray as Bottom deserves some extra applause for his braggadocio and showmanship.
